Many of you will have noticed the great work that has been done in Hamilton Park. This has been made possible with generous donations from Dave Hamilton-Brown and Colin and Helen Flatau. The pathway is almost reaching the Spruit. We now need some help from you, the community. The goal is to achieve the completion of the envisioned pathway leading from Craighall Park to the river, as well as the crucial link to Parkhurst from the newly reconstructed bridge, satisfying the requests of many eager residents.

To make these pathways a reality, we are seeking donations for essential materials such as bricks or pavers, river sand, and cement. The provision of these materials is vital for constructing durable and well-constructed paths. Your contribution, no matter how small, will directly impact the quality and longevity of the pathways in Hamilton Park. The CRA will match all community donations up to a maximum of R6 000.

In addition to the materials, we are also in need of financial support to compensate the hardworking staff responsible for the day-to-day labor required for the construction and maintenance of the pathways. By contributing financially, you can help provide fair wages to these workers and enable the smooth progress of the project.

We humbly request that you consider making a donation to support this significant community project. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, brings us closer to our goal. Please click here to donate now and remember to also sign up as a member of the CRA if you haven’t yet done so.
