The CRA would like to give a huge thank you to our partners, Bubele Africa and Friends of Delta, for their incredible work at the Pitcairn Road parking area in Delta Park in early January 2026 🌿
A total of 380 sqm of paving has been reclaimed. This area was previously completely overgrown with weeds. The transformation has made the parking area safer, more accessible, and far more pleasant for everyone using the park. The gate at the parking area has also been repaired, restoring proper access control.
The rubble and vegetation removal does unfortunately come at an extra cost. If you’ve enjoyed the improvements and are able to chip in a few rand, or if you’d like to join as a CRA member, any support would be truly appreciated.
